JOB DESCRIPTION
Relocation Technician
POSITION: Relocation Technician
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY: Ensures relocation of resident belongings is handled with the upmost care between destinations.
Relocation Process Responsibilities:
  • Relocate resident belongings from one destination to another
  • Ability to use proper judgment on large heavy items
  • Responsible for maintaining safety and care while moving items to minimize damage
  • Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
  • Responsible for thorough knowledge of company policies.
  • Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
